South Westland Triathlon & Duathlon: Franz Josef to Whataroa Our events: Kayak Tri: 9km Run, 5-6km Kayak, 19km Cycle Swim Tri: 9km Run, 800m Swim + 500m Run, 22.5km Cycle Duathlon: 9.5km Run, 22.5km Cycle Events can be done individually or as a team. Min age for the cycle is 13 years old.
